Zach Hay | XA at UVA (AU Alum)
Zach was a student of mine in DC Chi Alpha during his time at American University. I am so thankful for the ways in which he has allowed Jesus to write his story! After graduating, he completed the CMIT (Campus Missionary in Training) Internship Program with Chi Alpha at UVA. Now, years later, he co-directs the program for new interns! He is smart, passionate, and a thoughtful communicator of the Lord’s grace.

Audra (and Isaac) Barnard | XA at William & Mary
Audra is a new friend and colleague that I’ve gotten the chance to get to know over the past year or two. I’m really excited for her heart to plant and pioneer Chi Alpha in a new context at William & Mary. She is a gifted leader with a heart to disciple students and prepare them for a lifetime of following Jesus. I’m thankful for the foundation that she’s building and I know it’ll produce fruit for years to come!

Marcus Floyd | XA at VCU
Marcus is stepping into a new role as he prepares to serve as the director of Chi Alpha at VCU but he’s been on staff serving students in Richmond for many years. I first heard him speak at an event called Beach Week many years ago and then we quickly decided to bring him in as our Fall Retreat speaker for DC Chi Alpha shortly thereafter. He is a voice that we need in Chi Alpha and I am honored to call him a friend. His students are blessed to have him as their campus director!
