So, whether you are a boss, CEO, manager, parent, student, teacher, etc. this Nugget O’ Truth can help you, because you have influence on at least one person and thus, are a leader.

Do you remember the school age adage that says it doesn’t matter what people think of you, as long of you are “being you”?

I do. And until recently, I believed that. And then I realized, it was a lie.
