I'd love to know - but please don't mention the names of who told you and link to their blog or Facebook page, because that's just wrong (albeit funny). And for those worried that I'm trying to drum up negativity, later this week I'll have a post asking about the best piece of advice you've gotten regarding change.
It's something that we all deal with but it's also something that we all deal with differently.
Now that that's all out of the way - share your thoughts in the comments. You can use your name or sign in anonymously. I'm asking because I'm preparing a message about dealing with external change and I'd love to know some things not to say. It'd be helpful if you could tell me why you feel it was bad advice but anything you share would be helpful! Ready, set, share!
And I'd love to know whether you agree with this quote...
"To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often." - Winston Churchill
It's okay to disagree with Winston.
