Advice for Us (Young Leaders)

This post has been in my drafts for awhile, I guess I had forgotten about it but I thought it was a good time to share.

As young leaders, we realize that there are so many opportunities for us to serve, lead, impact and help make a difference both within the church and externally. Yet, due to our age and our lack of experience (things we don’t really like talking about), we also face a unique set of challenges.

This video from Ed Young, Jr. (Pastor of Fellowship Church | Director of C3 Global) really encouraged me – it is basically just advice that he would give to us as young leaders.

What did you think about what Ed was saying? For the older leaders that may read the blog, what is some advice you would share with us young folk?

Great interview! Love this guy! I still pull up his UBU rap from a while back every once and awhile. And he mentions several of those lines in this interview…

I love this soundbite as well and yeah, his UBU rap is a classic in my book! My wife and I always remind each other to, “UBU”.
